The Pharisees and Sadducees asked for a sign

He knew they were tempting, He wasn't blind.

You ask for a sign and you predict the weather

Jonas, gave you a sign & you don't understand him either.

Jesus turned to His disciple, "Beware of their leaven."

They thought He meant bread they were given.

He responded, "Oh ye of little faith,

Don't you remember what recently took place?"

"Remember 12 loaves fed 9,000 and more, plus leftovers.

I wasn't talking about physical suppers

But to be aware of those spiritual leaders,

And where their doctrines will be leading."

In Caesarea He asked, "who do men say am I?"

The answered, "The Baptist, Elias or Jeremiah."

Well, Now would you answer that 0ne?

Peter quickly said, "You're the Christ, God's son!"

Jesus said, "You have stated the truth.

Upon that 'Rock' I'll build my church.

The gates of Hell will not prevail against her."

And Peter said,"I'll let you use the keys first."

From that He began to talk about His suffering

Peter said, "That just can't happen to Thee!"

Jesus quickly said, "Get behind me Satan!

You don't understand what you are saying."
