These Instructions are for use with Microsoft Word and/or Word Compatible Word Processors. The diagrams below illustrate how the pages are arranged for printout on Three to Twelve-Page Booklets. The Number(s) Indicate the Page Number for the Booklet. Pages that are "Blank" are Indicated by the Word BLANK.
Note: When Printing a Booklet from our Site, First Print Page One and Flip the Page Over and Print Page Two. (For 4-page Booklet)
After Printing on Both sides of the first two pages for a 4-page Booklet, if you are printing a 6 or 8 page Booklet, print page Three, then Flip the sheet over and Print Page Four. The procedure is the same for Booklets up to Twelve Pages as shown in the Examples Below.....

The above Examples require that your pages in Microsoft Word be formatted in Landscape Mode with Double(Two) Columns per page. NO HEADER OR FOOTER... All magins set to .5"
A good alternative is to install the program FINEPRINT on your PC. Then you can format your Document like a normal document in Portrait Mode. FINEPRINT puts a Printer-Driver on your system, so that when you print your Document, it will allow you to print it as a Booklet.
